Full service begins — by introduction, like Tokyo.

SUSHI & PEACE is referral only. There is no address to find, no form to fill, no list to join — invitations travel by introduction. If we know each other, or someone at the table can vouch for you, write to @norikazutakagi.

The Fish

One Tuna. One Party.

Your party starts two days early, 6,700 miles away.

At 9 AM in Tokyo — dinner time in New York, the night before — we're at Toyosu Market, the greatest fish market on earth, choosing your bluefin with the wholesalers who supply Japan's top sushi counters.

Your block is weighed on camera, packed cold, and put on a plane the same day. It lands in New York that evening. It never leaves our hands, and it never breaks 4°C, until it's on your table.

Nothing is wasted

Whatever isn't eaten is sliced, boxed, and left in your fridge.

No Tipping

No Tipping. We're Not Staff —
We're Your Party Crew.

This isn't catering. We don't arrive with a service smile and an invoice for gratuity.

You'll hand us plates. You'll roll your own hand rolls. Someone will lean over the counter and ask why the rice is warm. That's the point. We make the party with you, not for you.

The service charge pays our team, fully. If the night moves you, tell your friends — that's the only tip we want.

Make Sushi, Not War.

FAQ

Questions, Answered.

Are you in Tokyo?

Yes — from September 2026, referral only. Tokyo parties aren't booked through this page; they travel by introduction. If we're connected, DM @norikazutakagi.

Where do you go in New York?

Manhattan only, from Spring 2027. It keeps the fish moving fast and the experience exactly where we want it.

When are you open?

Wednesday–Sunday, lunch and dinner. Closed Monday & Tuesday — that's when your tuna's journey begins in Tokyo.

What if my guest count changes?

You can adjust until 48 hours before the party. After that, the fish is already ordered — additions are welcome but we can't add tuna, and cancellations are charged in full.

What about drinks?

Drinks are on you — it's your party, stock what you love. Sake, wine, champagne, whatever pours. If you want pairing ideas for the menu, just ask when you book.

Whose kitchen do we use?

Yours, barely. We bring everything, including a griddle. If you'd rather we use your grandmother's plates — we'd love to.

Contact

By Introduction Only.

There is no booking form. If we're connected — or someone who's sat at our table can introduce you — that's the whole application.
